By creating an account or using Sequester, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the files and content you upload. Sequester does not claim ownership of your data. You give us permission to store, process, transmit, encrypt, decrypt for permitted support or legal reasons, display to you, and otherwise handle your data as needed to provide and secure the service.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for your account, your password, your devices, and the content you upload. You agree not to use Sequester to store, share, request, or distribute illegal content, malware, stolen material, abusive content, or anything that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Service Availability

We work to keep Sequester reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Maintenance, outages, network issues, abuse prevention, legal requirements, or security events may affect availability.

Storage Limits And Paid Features

Accounts may include free or paid storage limits. We may offer paid upgrades, ad removal, additional storage, referral bonuses, or other features. Storage limits and paid features may change over time, but we will aim to communicate material changes clearly.

Account Restrictions

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for the service, evade limits, abuse referrals, attack the platform, or create legal or safety concerns.

Data Requests And Legal Compliance

We may access, preserve, or disclose account data or stored content when required by law, when responding to valid legal process, when investigating credible abuse or illegal content reports, or when you ask us to help recover or provide your own data.

No Warranty

Sequester is provided as-is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sequester is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or service interruptions.
